Extremely durable reinforced watertight deck hatch. Hatch offers quick release "T" handle cam-lock closures, which securely cinch the hatch lid down to the hatch frame and watertight gasket. Overall Frame Size: 12 1/2" X 15 5/8", 24 Securing holes. Hatch Size: 10 1/2" X 13 1/2" Access Hole Size: 9 5/8" X 12 7/8". Includes rectangular cat bag.
